Cancel, Refund or Return Policy

Cancellation Policy:

We trust our customers and believe in helping them; however, we do not entertain cancellation requests once the order is dispatched from the office.

COD Cancellation charges are applicable if refused to take the delivery is refused at the time of delivery without any valid reason. Appropriate actions will be taken against the fraudulent orders to recover the losses. 

Any prepaid orders cancelled by the customers will be eligible for a refund after deduction of the forward courier charges, return courier charges, and any other costs incurred by the company.

Refund & Return Policy:

We do not entertain Return or Refund requests once the payments are received & order is dispatched. It can only be entertained under conditions wherein the product is unavailable, or an error in the price, or a wrong product delivery by us.

At the time of delivery, if there is any physical damage or tampering with the Product, then please do not receive the courier, and the customer should report to the company on the phone right away, along with sharing pictures via a reliable communication medium. If the receipt is signed and the courier is received, then the same will not be considered under the return or refund policy.

In any of the above genuine cases, wherein a refund is initiated would take around 4 to 7 working days for the refund of the amount; however, the company cannot guarantee the refund time since it goes through banking services. Refunds will be initiated from our end at the earliest or on the same day on a case-by-case basis.
