Porridge mix is a wonderful blend of Sprouted Ragi and Raw Banana. The sprouting process enhances the nutritional values of Ragi and naturally dried Banana powder adds nutrients and natural flavor to the mix.

Cooking Instructions:

Porridge (6+ months): (1) Add 2-3 tbsp (30g) Porridge Powder in a 1/2 cup (120ml) of water or milk and mix well without lumps. (2) Cook on a low flame for 3 to 5 minutes and stir continuously to avoid forming lumps. Stir till you get semi-solid consistency. (3) To sweeten the taste, add jaggery. Mix well & Serve. (discard the leftover)

Sheera/Raab (8+ months): (1) Take a saucepan and add 1-2 tbsp Ghee to it. (2) Switch on a low flame and add 2-3 tbsp (30g) Porridge Powder. Now add Jaggery Powder (as per taste for a sweet tooth). (3) Add 1/2 cup (120ml) water or milk and stir continuously till you get the required consistency. (4) Transfer it to a plate/bowl and serve. [optional: almonds/walnuts/cashews powder or grated as per the age]

Malt Drink: (1) Add 2-3 tbsp (30g) of Porridge Powder in a little water and mix without lumps. (2) Cook on a low flame, add little milk (30ml) and stir well to avoid forming lumps. Stir continuously till you get a puree-like consistency. (3) Transfer it to a mug, add hot milk (90ml) and mix well without lumps. (4) To sweeten the taste you can add Sugar/Jaggery and mix well and serve. [optional: almonds/walnuts/cashews powder or grated as per the age]

Storage & Shelf-life: Best before 9 months from the date of manufacturing. Once you open the pack, immediately transfer it into a clean, dry, airtight container. Keep it safe from direct sunlight & moisture and store it in a cool dry place. Since we do not add preservatives, please use it within one month or the expiry date whichever is earlier after opening the pack.
