Why this session is beneficial --
For the first 6 months, the baby is on breastmilk (or formula milk) so they become comfortable with it. Remember, feeding them weaning food is a transition for little ones to adapt to new texture food. Starting weaning foods in conjunction with breastmilk should have two main purposes - (1) making them comfortable with the new texture of food, and (2) choosing the right mix of five food groups for nutrition and baby's overall growth & development
