Ragi Chocolate Pancake

Make wonderful Ragi & Chocolate Pancake Using Nutribud Foods Sprouted Ragi & Banana Porridge Mix.

Ragi (Finger Millet) is a natural source of vital nutrients like Iron, Calcium, Dietary Fiber and Protein. Pancakes recipe here will be a healthy and nutritional food for kids compared to sugary cereals or junk food. 

Ingredients:
> 1 cup Nutribud Foods Sprouted Ragi & Banana Porridge Mix
> 1/2 cup of Wheat/Rice Flour
> 1-2 Tablespoon Cocoa Powder (Unsweetened)
> Add 1/4 cup milk
> Nutribud Foods Dates Powder or Jaggery Powder
> 1 Ripe Banana
> Ghee/Butter

Cooking Instructions:
(1) In a bowl, take 1 cup of Nutribud Foods Sprouted Ragi & Banana Porridge Mix and add 1/2 cup of wheat flour and 1-2 Tablespoon cocoa powder.
(2) Take 1 ripe banana, mash it well, and mix in the bowl.
(3) Add 1/4 cup milk (as required), and mix well to prepare a lump-free batter. Rest it for 15 minutes.
(4) To sweeten the taste, add Nutribud Foods Dates Powder or Jaggery Powder.
(5) Heat a pan, drizzle Ghee (or Butter) and pour pancake batter into the pan without spreading it much.
(6) Cook well on both sides.
(7) Once ready, serve with honey or date syrup. Garnish with berries optionally.
