Ingredients: (1) Pumpkin, (2) Sweet Potato, (3) Ghee (as required), (4) Coriander, (5) Onion, (6) Water, (7) Black Pepper
Cooking Method:1. In a large pot, cook onions & coriander in ghee for 2 minutes. Add water & allow to simmer for 5 minutes.
2. Add pumpkin and sweet potato cut pieces and bring to a simmer, allow to cook properly until they turn soft.
3. Now transfer them to a blender (or mixture) and blend to get a puree texture. Add a pinch of black pepper.
