Oats are high in protein and fiber. Oats are easily digestible and it's a good source of energy also. It has dietary fiber. Oats have well balanced nutritional composition.
Avocados are rich in many nutrients including fiber, healthy fats, Vit C, E, and B6, potassium, magnesium, and Follet. It also contains an anti-oxidant compound. It is beneficial for gut health.
Ingredients: (1) Oats (Rolled or Steel Cut), (2) Avacado, (3) Water, (4) Black Pepper, (5) Cinnamon PowderCooking Method:
1) Roast oats at a slow flame. Allow them to cool down, grind them in a mixture and make a powder.
2) Take 5-7 bite-size pieces of avacado
3) Take a blender, and add water, avocado, and oats powder into it.
4) Make a smooth texture puree and add a pinch of black pepper and cinnamon powder. Mix it well.
