The child nutrition program is for children aged 1+ years to 10 years. The program is designed differently for different age groups of children.

A child needs a balanced and adequate diet to supply the nutrients and energy needed for growth. Although children's food consumption is highly variable from meal to meal, their daily energy consumption is relatively constant because they adjust it at meals. Nutrient deficiency like Iron, Protein, and other micronutrients is becoming common among children, Child obesity is an epidemic, Children turning into fussy eaters, etc are common challenges of parents. A child nutrition program is designed to provide personalized nutritional plans focusing on mental & physical growth.
How this program is different --
The child nutrition program is designed to meet the actual nutrients need & requirements of children. Nutrients are vital for their mental & physical growth and early foundation influences children's health lifelong. Nutrient deficiency is very common among children and one of the major reasons is no adequate intake of nutrients in meals. The child Nutrition program will focus on key nutrients by including protein, healthy fats & carbs, vitamins & minerals in the personalized plans.
Nutritionists will share recipes (as per the package) to make the plans even more interesting for children, especially for fussy eaters.
What this program includes --
(i) There will be a One-on-one connection between the child, parents, and Nutritionist, (ii) Nutritionists will prepare personalized diet plans as per the age and growth of the child,
(iii) Nutritionists will also consider your daily routine, school timings, allergies, meal preferences, etc. while preparing diet plans
Post completion of the program--
Once the program ends, we will connect with you for a follow-up to explain the importance of child nutrition and basic details on continuing further at home.
Consultation Call (45min to 1 Hour):
During the call, our expert will help you with your questions and will provide you with guidance. The consultation call will not include personalized diet plans, or recipes and will be mainly for general nutrition and some basic question-answer. For detailed personalized diet plans, in-depth guidance & support, we recommend trying the quarterly any of the below packages.
